1. Acceptance
By using Scout Drive, users agree to these Terms of Service and applicable policies of Groupe Sahel Alma.
2. Purpose
Scout Drive is a private platform for organizing, storing, and sharing materials related to the group's activities. Access is reserved for authorized users.
3. User Accounts
Users must keep their account credentials confidential, must not share access with unauthorized individuals, and should promptly report suspected unauthorized activity.
4. Permissions
Access privileges are assigned by group administration. Users must respect their permissions and must not attempt to view, modify, or distribute materials beyond their authorization.
5. Acceptable Use
Scout Drive must be used responsibly for legitimate group purposes. Users must not:
- Upload malicious, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to bypass account or access restrictions.
- Access another person's account without permission.
- Distribute confidential group material without authorization.
- Intentionally disrupt or compromise the service.
6. Files and Media
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded materials are appropriate and that they are authorized to share them. Photographs and recordings of members, especially minors, must be handled carefully. Access through Scout Drive does not automatically grant permission to publish or redistribute content.
7. Content Management
Authorized administrators may organize, restrict, or remove content when reasonably necessary for privacy, security, or group administration.
8. Account Suspension or Removal
The group administration may suspend or remove accounts in response to misuse, security concerns, or changes in authorization. This does not necessarily remove materials previously contributed to the group's archives.
9. Service Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond the group's control.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as needed. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable requirements.
